Sales Engineer – MEP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP contracting sector
  • Generate leads and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
  • Coordinate with the Estimation Team to prepare and present technical proposals, company prequalification documents, and quotations..
  • Attend project meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for bid submissions and follow-ups.
  • Keep updated with market trends, tender portals, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM database of leads, contacts, and business activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the UAE MEP industry.
  • Strong network in the construction and contracting sector (consultants, main contractors, FM companies).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
