Sales Engineer (MEP and Interior Fit Out)

The Sales Engineer (MEP & Interior Fit-Out) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and securing sales for MEP systems and interior fit-out solutions. This role combines strong technical knowledge of MEP disciplines with a solid understanding of interior construction, space planning, and project delivery. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver customized solutions that align with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and end clients
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP and interior fit-out sectors
  • Provide technical advice and recommend appropriate MEP systems and interior solutions based on client and project needs
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track project progress, and achieve assigned sales targets

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline
  • Proven sales experience in the MEP and/or interior fit-out industry
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems, as well as interior fit-out solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
