Sales Engineer / Project Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fire Stopping Services. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling technical proposals, managing tenders, and ensuring compliance with client and Civil Defence requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in fire stopping and passive fire protection services.
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Handle client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Civil Defence authorities for approvals.
  • Source materials, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance with UL/FM-approved systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, submittals, and HSE compliance for projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire stopping / passive fire protection.
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Defence approval processes.
  • Proven experience in tendering, documentation, and technical submittals.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network with consultants, main contractors, and ADNOC/Civil Defence projects.
  • Knowledge of HSE documentation (RAMS, MSDS, PPE compliance).
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
