Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Smart Home Automation systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and proven sales experience in home automation, lighting control, audio-video integration, and security systems. The role involves client engagement, technical proposal preparation, and project coordination to deliver innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the smart home and automation sector.
  • Meet with consultants, developers, and homeowners to promote automation solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare quotations, drawings, and BOQs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in the automation industry.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Smart Home / Automation / ELV sales in the UAE.
  • Strong technical understanding of automation systems such as KNX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
