Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – Smart Home Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and promoting advanced smart home solutions, including lighting control, audio-visual systems, home networking, CCTV, access control, and energy management systems.

This role combines technical expertise with strong sales capabilities, requiring the candidate to engage with clients, deliver solutions, and ensure successful project execution across the UAE.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the smart home automation market.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial submittals.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Client Management

  • Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to project handover.
  • Follow up on project execution, client feedback, and after-sales support.

Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay updated with latest smart home technologies, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Travel & Site Coordination

  • Travel to client sites to assess requirements, oversee installations, and coordinate project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and technical standards.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in smart home automation or ELV systems sales within the UAE.
  • Experience with KNX, Control4, Lutron, Crestron, or similar automation systems.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
  • Ability to travel across client sites in the UAE.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
