Job Responsibilities

Allocate & communicate with potential leads and transfer them to solid contacts.Maintain & update sales contacts & accounts.Build up meetings requests for presentations, site surveys and higher level contract negotiations.Open closed doors to sell our services to potential clients as per business plan.Maintain and update proper and solid information in company s dedicated sales database software.Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers ensuring the transfer from Lead to ContractDevelop content for sales presentations or other materials, develop proposals for current or prospective customers, prepare sales or other contractsSelect solar energy products, systems, or services for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, price, or other factorsCustomize energy products or services to meet customer needProvide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebatesExplain technical product or service information to customers, explain financial information to customersGather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needsGather customer or product information to determine customer needsCalculate basic potential solar resources for a particular site considering issues such as climate, shading, and roof orientationAssess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment, using equipment such as tape measures, compasses, and computer softwareAct as team player as per processes setup between customer and internal engineering team with strong commitment to time. (No Over-Promise/Under-Deliver)Support marketing or strategic plans for sales territoriesRepresent company in solar exhibitions, events and/or conferences whenever required.Job RequirementsQualificationsMust possess a Bachelor s degree in Engineering from a reputed institutionMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales of Solar PV rooftop systems & solutions (Preferably UAE Experience)Relevant certification in Solar Energy would be an added advantage (e.g. from DEWA etc.)ExperienceMust have minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in similar industryProven experience in business development in the field of solar performance contracting in UAEFamiliar with utility requirement for grid connected, off-grid & hybrid solar systemsResults-driven with an evident passion for renewable energy salesKnowledge & SkillsTechnical knowledge of Solar systems.
