Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with proven experience in construction or steel fabrication to drive business growth, build client relationships, and secure new projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales expertise, knowledge of the UAE market, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel construction and fabrication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Work closely with technical and estimation teams during bidding and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales or business development within steel construction, PEB, or fabrication projects.
• Strong technical understanding of steel structures and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
