Job Summary:

HUNTER STEEL FLANGES MANUFACTURING L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of industry experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, sales capabilities, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients. This role will involve regular customer interactions, offer preparation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and regions.
• Conduct at least two customer visits per week to existing and potential clients to promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain strong technical understanding of the company’s steel flange and related product lines to provide customized solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Analyze RFQs, technical drawings, and specifications in collaboration with the engineering and estimation teams.
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations with appropriate pricing, delivery timelines, and technical documentation.
• Follow up on submitted quotations to maximize order closures and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, QC, procurement) to validate feasibility and delivery schedules.
• Review and confirm cost sheets and ensure accuracy in all commercial offers and tender documents.
• Submit weekly visit reports summarizing client meetings, discussions, and actionable next steps to management.
• Provide periodic market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of sales processes and documentation standards.
• Uphold the company's professional image and values during all client interactions.
• Lead feedback sessions with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, ethical standards, and commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial sales (preferably in steel, flanges, piping, or manufacturing sectors).
• Valid passport is mandatory (travel may be required).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
