Role description:
Payment Collection
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per the agreed contract terms.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure payment schedules are adhered to.
Address and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies promptly.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings to effectively pitch relevant services to clients.
Achieve targets for upselling and cross-selling as set by the management.
Client Communication and Satisfaction:
Regularly review delivery status from the internal team and update clients on progress.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge their satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Client Site Visits:
Schedule and conduct regular visits to client sites to strengthen relationships and understand their needs better.
Provide on-site support and address any immediate concerns or issues clients may have.
Gather insights and feedback during visits to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related queries and concerns.
Ensure a high level of client retention by consistently delivering value and addressing their needs.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
Communicate client feedback and requirements to the internal team to align on expectations and deliverables.
Participate in internal meetings to provide updates on client status and payment collection progress.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, payment statuses, and any issues encountered.
Prepare regular reports on payment collection, client satisfaction, and upselling/cross-selling activities for management review.
Document any significant client interactions and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay informed about changes in policies and regulations that may impact client retention and payment collection processes.
Implement best practices and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the retention department.
