Job Title: Sales Engineer – Equipment Rental

Location: Dubai | Full-Time

Role Overview

Seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer with expertise in industrial equipment rental and project-based rental solutions. Ideal for a self-driven professional with strong Middle East market knowledge and a well-established client network.

Key Responsibilities

Drive rental revenue and project-based opportunities across Oil & Gas, Construction, Municipal, Marine, and Power sectors

Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure

Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends

Leverage existing network to build long-term client relationships

Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field

3–4 years UAE experience in industrial equipment rental

Strong existing client network in relevant sectors

Proactive, commercially savvy, and able to work independently

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Valid UAE driving license and based in UAE
