About the Role
We are currently hiring a Sales and Events Manager. This is responsible for leading the sales strategy, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience across the venue.
Responsibilities

Proactively find opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining a customer database.

Understand client needs and provide a proposal which best suits their requirements.

Achieve personal sales targets by converting leads into business opportunities.

Communicate effectively and work closely with all concerned operations departments.

Attentively handle guest complaints and provide mutually beneficial solutions.

Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Regularly run reports, manage and update the database within Salesforce, and keep financial records in accordance with the company policy.

Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Sales.

Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.

Stay up-to-date on current market trends.

Lead the promotion of venue packages, memberships, and special experiences to maximize revenue.

Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture.

Use guest feedback and market insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Align sales initiatives with seasonal trends, local market dynamics, and promotional calendars to maximize business opportunities.

Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Dubai, with strong existing relationships to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
