Peaches & Cream is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Guest Relations and Corporate Sales Events Manager. This unique dual-role is critical to driving our business success by ensuring exceptional guest experiences and developing strategic corporate event sales. You will be the key point of contact for our valued guests while also responsible for growing our corporate client base for events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations Management
- Team Leadership: Oversee the guest relations team, setting the highest standards for customer service and ensuring they are met consistently .
- Guest Experience: Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction .
- Feedback Analysis: Implement and manage guest satisfaction programs, systematically gathering and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements .
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve escalated guest issues with diplomacy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty .
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive referrals .
Corporate Sales & Events Management
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract and secure corporate clients for events such as conferences, product launches, galas, and team-building activities .
- Event Planning & Logistics: Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial client consultation and venue sourcing to coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure flawless events .
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage detailed budgets for the events division, ensuring profitable pricing, accurate cost control, and timely reporting .
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, caterers, and suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery that aligns with company standards and client expectations .
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients and internal teams to assess success, gather insights, and support future planning efforts .
Operational & Financial Management
- Financial Oversight: Monitor sales performance, analyze financial reports, and develop promotional strategies to boost revenue across both guest relations and event sales .
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, particularly the Food and Beverage team, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless event execution .
Requirements and QualificationsExperience & Education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a combined guest relations and sales/events management role within the hospitality, food and beverage, or hotel industry .
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong plus .
- Proven experience in developing event strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams .
Essential Skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in at least one other European language (such as French, Spanish, German, or Italian) is essential for communicating with a diverse clientele .
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, corporate clients, and team members .
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and excellent problem-solving skills to handle issues calmly and effectively under pressure .
- Organizational Abilities: Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment .
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in POS systems, reservation software, event management platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite
