Job Overview:

We are hiring a Front Desk & Membership Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers and handle calling for membership sales. The role includes customer interaction, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers at the front desk.
• Make outbound calls for membership promotions.
• Explain membership benefits, plans, and offers clearly.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
• Comfortable with calling and sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred).
• Freshers with good communication can apply.
