Sales Executive – Second Home Real Estate

Location: Karjat (On-site)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week (Weekday Off)

Job Overview:

We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to handle client walk-ins, site visits, and sales for our second home projects in Karjat and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins & site visits, explain project details, and close sales.

Follow up on leads & maintain client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with marketing & operations teams.

Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of real estate or field sales experience.

Strong communication & people skills.

Must know driving / own a two/four-wheeler.
