Sales Execuive (Real Estate)

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, establishing relationships with potential clients, and helping them find their perfect property. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Property Showings & Negotiations: Conduct property showings for potential buyers and assist in negotiations to close deals.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the specific needs and preferences of clients and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Follow-up & Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and all required documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving monthly sales targets (Units sold / Revenue generated)
  • Conversion rate of leads to clients
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Timeliness of follow-ups and property showings
  • Closing ratio and negotiation effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and trends is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
