Sales Executive

Job description:

To drive sales performance, manage customer accounts, and grow company presence within Cash & Carry outlets through relationship management, merchandising, and effective execution of promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with walk-in customers to promote and sell products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively.
  • Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the sales area.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients where applicable.
  • Record and report daily sales activity to the supervisor/manager.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support in stock taking, inventory management, and reordering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Cash & Carry or Modern Trade sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience dealing with Metro, Imtiaz, Al-Fatah, Carrefour, or similar retail chains.
  • Deep understanding of retail customer behavior and trade dynamics.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
