SALES EXECUTIVE

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The jobholder will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT products, solutions, and security support services. This role requires both business development and account management skills, with a strong focus on building long-term client partnerships and aligning our solutions with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts (existing and new).
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and align them with our IT solutions and security services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IT (software, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations with a focus on client fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with internal commercial, technical, and renewals teams.
  • Translate technical offerings into clear business value for non-technical decision-makers.
  • Provide input into product development based on client feedback and market insights.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on demonstrations, tailored proposals, and post-sales support.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain account plans, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking interactions, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Stay updated on IT industry developments, threat landscapes, and competitor offerings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager/Department Head.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within IT, technology, or cybersecurity sectors.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud computing, cybersecurity, software licensing, etc.).

Familiarity with security product offerings and services.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Language: Fluency in English (required); Arabic bilingual is a strong plus.
