Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Fresh Leads Provided.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate services to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Intermediate (High School / 12th Grade pass).
• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in service based niche.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech sales.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide performance insights.
