Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Executive with strong experience in the interior fit-out and renovation industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for projects such as villas, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE interior fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and real estate networks.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored fit-out and renovation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3years of UAE sales experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Existing network of clients and contacts in UAE is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
