Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of flooring and building material products across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flooring and building materials market.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and end clients.

Present and promote SPC Flooring, Engineered Wood, WPC Decking, and other products to potential customers.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (UAE experience preferred).

Background in flooring, interiors, or building materials is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

UAE Driving License is a strong advantage.
