Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify potential customers and develop a strong pipeline of new clients.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
