A reputed software company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of our Jewelry Inventory Management Solution and Fixed Asset Tracking Solution across key regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of software and hardware solutions for the gold and jewelry sector.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Leverage your existing client base and industry knowledge to identify opportunities.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct client requirement analysis and map them with suitable product offerings.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Coordinate with the support team for pre-sales technical support, feasibility studies, and site surveys.
- Ensure smooth post-sales follow-up with clients to deliver promised solutions.
- Monitor timely release of payments as per SLA.
- Maintain consistent sales and marketing activities aligned with company targets.
- Achieve quarterly sales and business development targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of proven experience in selling software solutions to the gold and jewelry industry.
- Strong client relationship-building and account management skills.
- Solid understanding of jewelry business processes and software requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Saudi Arabia Driving License is mandatory.
