Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Solutions (Payroll, Website, Software, ERP)

Location: Patparganj, New Delhi

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities for our payroll systems, website services, software solutions, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and convincing them of the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Use cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads.
  • Onboard new clients and conduct product demonstrations.

Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's payroll, website, software, and ERP solutions.
  • Understand clients' specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of the company's solutions to close sales.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track sales activities and report regularly to management.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to improve products.

Skills & Qualifications:Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP systems, payroll services, or website/software development.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, payroll, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
