The Role:

Develop and implement sales strategies targeting current and potential customers within the logistics sector

Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers in line with sales targets

Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions

Contribute to the preparation of the sales budget and provide regular performance reports

Manage customer visits, presentations, and proposal processes
-
Lead and coordinate tender and proposal processes, including all necessary documentation
-
Oversee contract processes for secured projects and ensure smooth handover to operations teams

Monitor sector trends and competitor activities, providing strategic feedback to management
The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably from Engineering faculties
-
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics sector (domestic transportation and warehousing)

Existing customer portfolio and proven experience in field sales

Able to handle tender preparation, pricing, and project operations

Extensive client management experience

Proficient in MS Office applications

Advanced level of English

Strong communication skills, customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt to incoming requests

Strong persuasion skills and analytical thinking ability

Good collaboration skills

Holder of a valid class B driving license and actively drives
