Sales Executive

• Is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new clients within the waterproofing and construction and waterproofing industry. The role focuses on promoting waterproofing products, systems, and project owners, while maintaining strong relationships with the existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and waterproofing sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Promote and sell waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, and related solutions.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentation, and product demonstration.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposal, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements in line with companies policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to provide clients with tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience 2-5 years in sales within the construction, waterproofing, building materials industry. Freshers are welcome.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, construction materials and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable)
• Communicate well in English (Urdu, Hindi, Arabic speaker is advantage but not required)
