Sales Executive

Hiring- Sales Executives (Commission-Based Only) – Fit Out Sector

Inspacia Interior Design, a specialized company in interior design and Fit Out projects, is seeking to hire 3 highly professional Sales Executives with proven experience in the UAE market and strong connections with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the company’s client base by securing new projects.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals successfully.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and analyze competitors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fit Out or interior finishing sales in the UAE.
• Strong and reliable network with developers and contractors in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is considered an advantage.
