1. Role Overview

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Wilyer through consultative sales to business clients. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a results-driven mindset.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries.
  • Cold call, email, and use networking/LinkedIn to generate leads.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Pitch Wilyer’s products/services to business clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing/contracts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Insights & Reporting
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead nurturing and client onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to product/management teams for continuous improvement.

3. Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Personality Traits: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
