Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals for a prestigious UK-based logistics client. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding client needs, building relationships, and driving sales through exceptional communication and persuasion skills. This is a target-driven role with a strong emphasis on performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential clients for logistics services.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings (virtual and phone-based) with international clients.
• Understand the logistics services offered (e.g., freight, supply chain solutions) and tailor pitches to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (neutral accent, clarity, and professionalism).
• Proven experience in sales/closing roles, preferably in logistics, freight, or B2B services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Islamabad.
