Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive sales and promote our grain processing solutions across various regions. This is a field-based role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy traveling, and are eager to work with a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell the company’s machinery and processing systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Report daily activity, leads, and client feedback to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (technical background is a plus).
  • Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
