Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales of our digital marketing services. The role involves a combination of prospecting, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, visits, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches – Present products/services effectively to prospects and explain benefits.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals – Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Market Research – Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Sales Targets – Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and prepare reports for management.
  • Customer Support – Ensure post-sale follow-ups for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Coordination – Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry updates.

Educational Qualification for Sales Executive

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Sales Management for higher-level positions.
