To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through field sales, client visits, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate product/service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate / Building Materials / Interiors / Construction industry experience will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
