Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Present and promote luxury real estate projects to prospective buyers
  • Schedule meetings, property viewings, and site visits with interested clients
  • Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and market trends
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate referrals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep CRM and sales reports updated with accurate client interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
  • Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage
