Job purpose
To develop the foodservice business with new and existing customers across Makkah to achieve set sales targets.
New customers
-
Seek new customers with the assigned area to develop the customer base.

Close deals and contracts with new customers
Building business with customers and distribution

Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their needs
-
Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results
-
Develop and conduct ideas, plans and activities that will contribute to sales growth
Managing customer relationships

Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers
-
Provide customers with superior customer service levels to gain their loyalty and sustain long term business relationships.

Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels

Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge
Receivables and collection
-
Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms to sustain the company’s cash flow levels.
Job requirements:
-
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.

1 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG or hospitality industry, preferably in Sales related roles, or a completed internship in Sales & Marketing
