Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, negotiation skills, and an understanding of e-commerce platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential vendors, suppliers, and corporate buyers to join our e-commerce platform.
  • Generate new business through cold calls, field visits, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Support onboarding of vendors/merchants and assist them in listing products on the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive repeat sales.
  • Present product and service benefits to clients and handle basic negotiations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help improve offerings and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and e-commerce trends.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings if required.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces is an advantage.
