What We’re Looking For:

We’re after a sharp, curious, and driven profile, someone strategic , resourceful , and resilient . You don’t wait to be told what to do; you move, test, learn, and repeat.

• Based in the UAE with 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in fintech or payments

• Fluent in English - Arabic is a big plus, and a 3rd language is a valuable bonus

• Self-motivated and independent - You move without waiting for direction

• Creative - You think in angles, not templates

• Resilient - Rejection doesn't shake you; it fuels you

• Consultative seller - You listen first, connect the dots, and pitch with precision

• Structured mindset - Your pipeline is clean, your follow-ups are sharp, your close rate speaks for itself

• Proactive problem solver - Blockers are just puzzles you haven’t solved yet

• Quick on your feet - You understand merchant pain points and respond with clarity

• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle - From first touch to activation and growth
