Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of achieving targets and goals within agreed timelines. The company will provide proper training and a workshop to approach target clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and target potential clients in the safety inspection field.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the safety inspection industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
