Sales Executive

Kuala, India

  • Key responsibilities also include negotiating prices, arranging financing, processing paperwork, and building customer relationships through follow-up to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. Core Responsibilities
  • plus two/diploma with 2-5 year of sales experience in Automobile spare parts industry.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers entering the dealership, understand their requirements and preferences, and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, options, and benefits to inform customers and answer their questions.
  • Demonstration & Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Guide customers through the entire sales process, negotiate prices and trade-in values, and facilitate financing options.
  • Paperwork & Process Management: Complete and process all necessary sales orders, purchase contracts, and other documentation.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Follow-Up: Maintain a prospect development and follow-up system to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
  • Customer Retention: Cultivate rapport with past customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Service Coordination: Introduce new customers to the service department to highlight after-sales support and schedule first service appointments.

Dealer & Industry Operations

  • Showroom & Vehicle Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom and displays.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitors' offers, and new product developments to stay competitive.
  • Business Development: Engage in activities to develop new business and expand the customer base.
  • Reporting: Complete reports to provide sales management with relevant information and analyze performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • sales in automobile: 4 years (Required)
