Sales Executive

Ayat Developments is looking for a motivated and focused Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in off-plan sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage broker networks and direct client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Ayat Developments’ off-plan projects to direct clients and real estate agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential buyers.
  • Educate clients about project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads and enhance conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Developer Real Estate Sales.
  • UAE driving license and own car.
