Digivik Business Solutions is a performance-focused digital marketing agency delivering lead generation, paid campaigns, social media, content and end-to-end DM solutions. We’re growing our sales team to handle inbound enquiries, nurture leads and close business via virtual/office-based selling.

Role overview

This is an inside-sales role (office / remote-first) — not field sales. The Sales Executive will handle inbound leads, perform outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), run virtual demos, negotiate and close clients. We want hungry communicators who can convert prospects into paying clients and maintain a strong pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on warm leads promptly.
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual product/service demos to understand client needs and present suitable DM solutions (SEO, PPC, social, content, lead-gen).
  • Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, follow-ups and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations for smooth onboarding and timely campaign starts.
  • Manage renewals, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
  • Meet weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets and submit regular sales reports.
  • Participate in internal sales enablement sessions and product/service training.

Required skills & attributes

  • Based in Pune and available to work from office or hybrid as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong persuasion, convincing and negotiation skills — comfortable dealing with decision-makers over phone/video.
  • Target-driven, disciplined with excellent follow-up habits.
  • Quick learner with an ability to explain digital marketing services clearly.
  • Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, email and WhatsApp for sales activities.
  • Presentable, professional and punctual.

Nice-to-have

  • Internship or 0–2 years experience in inside-sales, BDE, or customer-facing roles (agency experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing tools and basic lead-generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Pune business ecosystem and local networks.
