Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive in sales department.The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting company products/services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
