Position Title: Telesales Executive
Department: BGC

Key Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound and outbound lead communications via dialer.
 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
 Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
 Maintain an updated and organized lead database using lead management tool.
 Achieve individual goals for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
 Address Partner concerns, identify needs, and provide solution or raise feedback to respective departments.
Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Work Experience: Proven working experience of 1+ working years in Telesales / Outbound BPO Sales profile.
Skills:

 Excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills.

 Customer service & goal orientation and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

 Strength in problem solving and ability to multitask.
