Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MALE Sales Executive to generate business for our PEB and structural steel solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial sales, construction materials, or steel structures, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and warehousing sectors
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online channels
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical support
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
  • Maintain a database of clients and regular follow-ups for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Marketing/Business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in PEB, steel, or construction industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Basic knowledge of PEB structures or industrial construction is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
