Sales Executive

The Curl Nation is a growing beauty and haircare brand dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace and celebrate their natural curls. We provide premium curl-care products and exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales, build customer relationships, and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell The Curl Nation products to customers (in-store and online inquiries).
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Educate customers on product usage and recommend suitable solutions for their hair needs.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper records of sales transactions, leads, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and ensuring the store is well-presented.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of haircare and beauty products (experience with curly hair products is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, or during promotional events.
