Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and approach potential clients: shops, offices, restaurants, cafes, residential properties, and small businesses.
- Use local networks, WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and personal visits to generate leads.
- Product Demonstration
- Conduct on-site CCTV demos to showcase security solutions.
- Demonstrate ZenBiller software features to business owners, emphasizing ease, GST compliance, and ROI.
- Sales & Closing Deals
- Offer limited-time deals and combo packages for both CCTV and ZenBiller.
- Close sales and collect payments or agreements on-site when possible.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients.
- Encourage referrals and gather testimonials for credibility.
- Reporting & Feedback
- Maintain records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Provide insights on client needs, objections, and competitive offerings.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales (B2B/B2C) preferably in electronics, IT solutions, or software sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Tamil & English.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable demonstrating software and handling CCTV equipment.
- Personality: Trustworthy, enthusiastic, goal-driven, and able to build relationships quickly.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local businesses and residential areas is a strong plus.
- Mobility: Willing to travel within target areas.

Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Salary + Commission on each sale.
