We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Rent Executive to join our growing team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Rentals:

Handle sales and rental processes for residential and commercial properties, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers, sellers, and tenants.

• Property Listings:

Create and manage attractive property listings on multiple platforms.

• Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with the latest insights and advice.

• Negotiations:

Negotiate and finalize agreements between buyers, sellers, and tenants.

• Documentation:

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to sales/rentals.

• Lead Generation:

Proactively generate new business opportunities and referrals.

• Property Viewings:

Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

Prior experience in real estate sales or rentals is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-Focused:

Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

• Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively.

• Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with real estate software, online marketing, and social media platforms.

• Licensing:

Relevant real estate certifications and licenses (if applicable).
