FIND_THE_RIGHTJOB.

1. **Sales & Business Development**

* Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in mechanical and automation product lines.

* Acquire new clients, strengthen relationships with existing clients.

* Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annual).

2. **Product Knowledge & Technical Support**

* Gain deep knowledge of mechanical & automation products (e.g. motors, reducers, gearboxes, PLCs, sensors, drives, actuators, etc.).

* Understand customer applications and specify appropriate products or systems.

* Assist with product demonstrations, technical presentations, site visits.

3. **Quotation, Proposal & Negotiation**

* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers.

* Negotiate terms with customers to maximize company profitability.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**

* Maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, end users, vendors.

* Provide excellent post‑sales support – addressing technical issues, follow‑ups.

5. **Market & Competition Monitoring**

* Stay updated on market trends, competitors, new technologies in automation / mechanical domain.

* Provide feedback to management about customer needs, product enhancements, price changes.

6. **Sales Planning & Reporting**

* Develop and execute territory / account sales plans.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* Forecast sales, prepare regular reports, track performance vs targets.

7. **Coordination & Collaboration**

* Work closely with engineering, production, logistics, procurement teams to ensure delivery timelines.

* Liaise with marketing for promotions, trade shows, catalogs etc.
