Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

The Retail Outlet Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and supporting the overall retail operations of the outlet. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and outlet sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Promote and upsell products, bundles, and special offers.
  • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support in receiving, tagging, and placing stock on shelves.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),

  • Sales target achievement (% of monthly target).
  • Repeat customer rate and upselling ratio.
  • Store display & merchandising compliance.
  • Attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive attitude, and team player.
