  • Sales Generation and Targets:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycles and accessories.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources like walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and upsell additional products like accessories, service packages, and merchandise.
  • Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about the brand, models, and features of the motorcycles.
  • Conduct test rides for customers and offer personalized advice on bike selection based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, technological features, and industry trends of Royal Enfield motorcycles.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about the specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.
