Sales Executive - Business Development Executive


About company : We are a leading full events solutions company providing concept designing, production and lighting solutions for mega and iconic events for over 30 years in the MENA region.


Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media Production, events.

- Promote and sell the company’s full range of services, including lighting, audio-visual solutions, décor, Production, and event support.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions support successful events.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, project management) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare accurate sales reports, proposals, and forecasts for management.


Requirements & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- 3-5 years proven experience in sales within real state, events, media production, Contracting, or related industries.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at different levels.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to meet sales targets.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.

- Flexibility to attend client meetings and events as required.
