Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are expanding our in-house HVAC lead generation campaign and looking for energetic, confident, and goal-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S. customers and promote HVAC services.
• Engage customers through effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Qualify leads and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain a positive attitude and meet daily performance goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident accent.
• Strong communication and convincing ability.
• Willing to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM).
• Prior experience in HVAC, call center, or telemarketing campaigns is a plus.
